Environmental Responsibility
Our design method comprises cutting-edge concepts of energy efficiency from the conception phase. The idea of a high-quality project encompasses compliance with all of the client’s demands and expectations, as well as attention to the detailing and consideration of all the components of the building. Currently, Oliveira Cotta possesses a preservation and maintenance area of the Amazon Forest spanning over 400,000 sqm (100 acres), as part of an environmental sustainability and conservation plan dating back to the company’s establishment. This area falls under the responsibility of one of the founding partners, Jussara Oliveira Cotta.
