The company Parafix, member of the French conglomerate Aplix, purchased a property in the industrial district of Vinhedo and commissioned Oliveira Cotta for developing the architectural design and managing the construction of the new building, which would host a large production plant and administrativa headquarters. A monolithic facade made of gray insulated paneis and a large glass facade in the administrativa area were part of the project's minimalistic design.
