Softys is a subsidiary that belongs to the CMPC group, a global company with more than 40 years of market experience, a Latin American leader in the development of products and solutions for people's care. Oliveira Cotta was appointed the challenge of creating a new production building that could bring a technological image to the companies' existing site. On the design of the new diaper factory, insulated paneis with different shades of blue were applied, which besides from reducing air conditioning energy consumption, also created a dynamic facade composition. On the main entrance facing north, a wood finishing portico was located in order to help reducing solar radiation on the office areas.
