The new Omron facility, dedicated to the healthcare segment and located in the Multivias industrial and logistics hub in Jundiaí, was conceived as an integrated organism—an environment where infrastructure, technology, and people operate in continuous synergy.

The project brings together, in a single complex, three factories previously dispersed across the state of São Paulo, along with a significant portion of the administrative sector. This consolidation not only streamlines workflows and reduces travel but also enhances interaction among teams, boosting production quality and strengthening the company’s internal culture.

Developed from the earliest strategic stages, beginning with the site acquisition, the new headquarters was designed entirely on a BIM platform. This ensured precision in decision-making, seamless coordination among disciplines, and a holistic understanding of the building’s lifecycle. Oliveira Cotta supported the client throughout the entire process—from initial planning to the delivery of the executive project—while also providing guidance during construction.
