This project for the Japanese company Omron is located in Jundiaí city, at the Multivias industrial and logistic hub. The project integrated three existing factories located in different cities around São Paulo state, as well as a large part of the administrative sector, creating a single building with greater synergy among employees, which also helped to improve the production quality. Oliveira Cotta worked with the client from the site acquisition until the final engineering and architectural design submission (which was 100% developed with a BIM platform) and also provided support during the construction works.
