The Verter development was designed to integrate best practices in energy efficiency with bioclimatic architecture, creating spaces that enhance comfort and well-being for residents. In the façade design, each window was carefully sized and positioned to maximize natural light and ventilation, while strategically protecting interiors from direct sunlight, especially during the summer months. The overhangs are specifically designed to reduce solar radiation during the hottest hours of the day, contributing to thermal stability inside the apartments.
Materials such as exposed concrete, glass, and wood give the project a contemporary, precise, and transparent aesthetic, while maintaining a warm and inviting atmosphere integrated with its surroundings. The development also features a rooftop wellness area, offering privileged views of the city and reinforcing the connection between architecture, landscape, and well-being.
