The building project, completed in 2019 by Oliveira Cotta, comprises a 10-story program dedicated to corporate and commercial spaces. The main façade, facing west, features a more enclosed composition with aluminum panels and exposed concrete, while the side façades, oriented to the north and south, incorporate large glass panels. This configuration takes advantage of indirect sunlight in these orientations, enabling the entry of natural light in a way that enhances thermal comfort. The building's façade combines dynamic elements such as alternating modular windows, overhangs, and vibrant yellow aluminum panels, creating a striking visual effect within the urban context. On the third floor, a suspended plaza serves as a leisure area for users, integrated with the cafeteria and suitable for multiple uses throughout the day. The seventh-floor terrace and rooftop provide open-air spaces and panoramic views of the city. Situated next to a listed building, the project leveraged the opportunity to open lateral windows without the risk of being obstructed by future constructions, thanks to the heritage protection of the adjacent property. With two underground parking levels and a functional ground floor, the building presents itself as a versatile and well-articulated solution for the corporate environment, always centered on the city as a starting point and focus.
