Located on Avenida José de Souza Campos in Campinas, the Belfort Corporate Building is conceived from an architectural approach that breaks down the building’s mass through the interplay of glazed surfaces, curtain walls, and concrete planes.
Given the high water table, all parking levels are placed above ground. This substantial volume has been carefully treated with concrete finishes and wooden elements, creating a harmonious composition that integrates seamlessly with the overall design.
On the north façade, deep overhangs provide solar protection, while integrated planters introduce lush vegetation, bringing a natural dimension to the urban landscape. At the rooftop, a leisure and social space offers panoramic views of the city, extending the building’s experience beyond its interior.
