Located in the heart of the Cambuí neighborhood in Campinas, the development integrates three typologies: a mall occupying the first three floors, three levels of office slabs, and two residential towers with independent access from the side street.
Situated opposite a heritage-listed church, the project respects the verticalization restriction, which allows constructions above 12 meters only at a 50-meter setback from the church. To comply with this requirement, the mall’s lower floors were designed at reduced heights and stepped, allowing the residential towers to rise further back on the site.
The main east-facing façade features movable brises for solar control. The project also includes a significant urban intervention, closing the front access street and converting it into a public square, creating a shaded, welcoming, and connected environment.
A key highlight is the rooftop leisure area, featuring an infinity-edge pool and a solarium with panoramic views of the city.
