The corporate building, located on Avenida Norte-Sul in Campinas, is conceived from a fundamental principle: orientation in relation to the sun. The main façades are positioned to maximize daylight while minimizing direct solar radiation. Horizontal overhangs and vertical elements form a protective system that gives the building an elegant and timeless character.
On the most exposed façades — east and west — vertical brise-soleil provide effective solar control, balancing interior comfort with architectural expression. The design also integrates advanced environmental strategies, including water reuse and on-site energy generation through photovoltaic panels, ensuring high energy performance and contributing to LEED certification.
Outdoor spaces — including terraces, balconies, and rooftop gardens — are enhanced by abundant vegetation and landscape design, creating welcoming environments for leisure and social interaction that extend the workplace beyond the interior.
