The project for Westrock’s new corrugated cardboard factory in Porto Feliz was conceived as an integrated system of efficiency, visibility, and flexibility. Oliveira Cotta was responsible for the architectural design and coordination of the multidisciplinary interfaces for this large-scale project, which employed tilt-up construction with precast reinforced concrete walls, allowing expansive spans within the production area and optimizing internal workflows.
Inside the production space, the yellow metal walkway stands out as a strategic architectural element, providing an aerial perspective of the entire operation. Both functional and visually striking, it embodies the integration of engineering, technology, and spatial experience, demonstrating that even in highly technical industrial environments, architecture can express clarity, lightness, and modernity.
