New data center complex and office building for Ascenty. The complex will be executed in 2 phases. Phase 01 includes a 20.000,00 m2 data center building that will be leased to Google and a 2.000,00 m2 office building that will be Ascenty’s new headquartes. Phase 02 will be another 20.000,00 m2 data center building. Oliveira Cotta was responsible for the Master Plan and the detailed design of the buildings, including engineering coordination.
