The new campus for Ibmec was designed considering a sustainable design approach, aiming a reduction of 30% on the building energy consumption. A dinamic façade with vertical louvers will block direct solar radiation and help to reduce hvac cooling load, maximizing daylight on the classrooms. The fitouts and interior design of the building was entirely developed by Oliveira Cotta, incluiding the idealization of the creativity room and study room and laboratory areas.
