New headquartes, R&D Center and production plant for the companies Chem-Trend and Surtec. The scope of work included the developement of the Master Plan and the detailed design of the warehouse, production area, r&d building, infrastructure area and offices. Oliveira Cotta was also in charge of the construction management.
