Oliveira Cotta was commissioned to design Kimberly Clark's new production facility which hosts a highly technical tissue machine. The building is located at the company's current site in Mogi das Cruzes. ln order to find the best solutions for execution, Oliveira Cotta managed and coordinated the participation of six companies specialized in structural engineering. The building envelope has a distinctive architectural design, combining glass paneis with insulated metal sheets, which allows for better daylighting on the production area. The scope of work included the developement of the Master Plan and the detailed design of the warehouse, loading area and production area.
