West Rock's new corrugated cardboard factory is located in Porto Feliz, in São Paulo state. Oliveira Cotta was responsible for the architectural design and clash detection between the engineering disciplines. The warehouse was built using tilt-up technology (precast reinforced concrete walls) and a lightweight metal structure supporting the roof, which allowed large free spans on the production area. lnside the building, a yellow metallic walkway stands out as an architectural element that enables viewing the entire production area from above.
