The new Senai Biotechnology School, will be build in a site along the Tiete River. The design process was guided by the prevailing winds, in order to reduce air pollution on the transitional areas of the building. A cfd analysis was accomplished in order to confirm the design intention. A dynamic façade with horizontal louvers will block direct solar radiation and help to reduce hvac cooling load, maximizing daylight on the classrooms.
