Oliveira Cotta is responsible for the design of the new Concept school to be implemented in the city of San Mateo, Silicon Valley - California. The major challenge of the project was to convert an existing office building from de 1990 into a new and contemporary school, in which the advancement in the pedagogical concept should be reflected in the building architecture. Oliveira Cotta is working in partnership with the local architects HGA from San José.
